There's a huge misconception out there in the world, spread primarily by social media influencers and the internet at large.
It's that intuitive eating is about eating when hungry and stopping when full.
This is actually only a very small aspect of intuitive eating.
In fact, when someone has a history of dieting or restriction their food, there are several other things that must get addressed before this is really possible.
This misconception can lead to more struggle, which is why I'm addressing it.
In this episode I dive deep into why this belief is a huge problem and what intuitive eating actually is.
I also discuss a big challenge I see many women have that keeps them fighting food and spinning in circles.
